Selamat siang.. Moon maap baru posting ya teman-teman.. Karena udah menuju makan siang, mending bikin minuman yang seger-seger aja yuk? BAHAN: 4 buah Mangga matang, potong dadu 330 ml Susu cair 3 sdm Gula pasir 2 sdm Yoghurt cream plain Potongan buah mangga untuk topping . Bahan Sorbet Mangga: 2 buah Mangga matang, potong dadu 2 sdm Air jeruk lemon Gula cair (sesuai selera) . Bahan Krim: 200 ml Krim kocok . CARA MEMBUAT: 1. Haluskan semua bahan sorbet menggunakan blender. Tuang dalam wadah lalu bekukan dalam freezer. 2. Haluskan mangga pertama dengan susu, gula dan yogurt. Blender hingga halus. 3. Masukkan ke dalam gelas saji, sisihkan. 4. Kocok whipped cream dengan mixer kecepatan sedang, kocok hingga mengembang dan sedikit kaku. Masukkan beberapa sendok ke dalam gelas saji si atas jus mangga. 5. Keruk sorbet mangga menggunakan scoop es krim, lalu letakkan diatas lapisan krim. 6. Jangan lupa LIKE ya kak 😊❤️ ROTI MARYAM By: Wawa Wiati Bahan :  600 g  tepung terigu ( saya 200 g  segitiga + 400 g cakra. Boleh cakra aja atau segitiga aja)  1 butir telur utuh + 1 kuning telur 1/2  sdt  garam 1 sdm gula halus 50 g margarin cair  70 ml minyak  280  ml  susu cair hangat  margarin cair untuk olesan  Mimyak untuk merendam adonan Cara membuat : 1.campur rata terigu dengan garam dan gula. Sisihkan 2.Dalam wadah lain campur rata susu cair, minyak goreng, margarin cair dan telur. Aduk rata  dengan garpu atau whisker 3.Masukan no. 2 ke nomer 1, uleni sampai benar2 kalis. Kalo adonan masih keras boleh tambah susu cair ya. Bulatkan, lalu istirahatkan 30 menit. Tutup wadah dengan lap basah.  4.  Bagi adonan menjadi beberapa bulatan kecil ( saya [email protected] 50 g ). Rendam dalam minyak selama 1-2 jam  5.Ambil satu buah bulatan adonan, giling setipis mungkin tapi jangan sampai bolong2.  Oles tipis  permukaannya  dengan margarin/mentega cair lalu kerat2 dengan pisau yang tajam dengan arah memanjang sisakan pinggiran jangan sampai putus. Gulung adonan yg telah dikerat2 tadi. Setelah tergulung lalu tarik pelan2 dengan kedua tangan sambil sedikit dipelintir supaya adonan jadi panjang. Gulung melingkar seperti obat nyamuk. Lakukan sampai adonan habis. Diamkan 10 menit.  6. Ambil satu gulungan adonan , pipihkan pelan2 diatas nampan hingga adonan melebar tipis dan bulat. Tapi jangan terlalu tipis, supaya layernya cantik 7. Panggang diatas teflon dg api kecil saja sambil sesekali dibalik dan dioles margarin kedua sisi permukaannya. CARA MEMBUAT: 1. Siapkan food processor atau blender. Campur ikan tenggiri, tepung sagu, bawang putih, daun bawang, putih telur, lada, garam, dan es batu. Haluskan hingga tercampur rata, sisihkan. 2. Belah dan kosongkan isi tahu. Ambil adonan menggunakan sendok masukkan adonan bakso ke dalam tahu. 3. Kukus tahu selama 10-15 menit sampai adonan matang. 4. Olah tahu sesuai keinginan, bisa di rebus dan goreng. 5. Untuk rebus: rebus tahu bakso dengan bakso ikan dalam air kaldu. Sajikan bersama mie atau bihun atau nasi, sayuran dan pelengkap lainnya. 6. Untuk goreng: goreng tahu bakso hingga berubah warna menjadi cokelat keemasan. Angkat dan tiriskan. RECIPE by @lindseyeatsla 1 1/2 cup meatless crumbles 3 tablespoons white miso paste 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms 2 1⁄2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 cups vegetable broth 1⁄2 tablespoon sesame seeds 1 tsp chili oil 2 teaspoons sesame oil 1⁄2 tsp sugar 4-5 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons ginger 1 tsp vegetable oil salt and pepper to taste ramen noodles, spinach and green onions to top ~ Directions + Before you begin, cook and crisp your meatless crumbles with a tablespoon of soy sauce for about 5-10 minutes. Set aside. + Thinly slice your garlic, ginger and mushrooms. In a deep pot, place w ith a drizzle of vegetable oil. Sweat and brown for 15-20 minutes on medium low heat. + Nex t , add in your miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Bahan : 1 kg singkong yg uda diparut halus 20 gr tepung tapioka 1/2 sdt garam 250 gr gula merah, sisir 150 gr gula pasir 300 ml santan kental 3 lbr pandan, sobek2 Masak ke-4 bahan ini hingga gula mencair, saring. Cara membuat : 1. Panaskan air di panci kukusan. 2. Campur singkong, tapioka, garam dan air larutan gula merah, aduk hingga rata. 3. Tuang ke loyang uk. diameter 22 cm yg udah dialas daun pisang atau oles minyak. 4. Kukus sekitar 1 jam atau hingga matang (tergantung ketebalan adonan dan ukuran loyang yg dipakai). 5. BAHAN: 1 ekor ayam kampung 1 ruas jahe 5 siung bawang putih 5 sdm Garam 1 tangkai daun bawang Minyak bawang: 5 siung bawang putih cincang halus 2 sdm minyak wijen . CARA MEMBUAT: 1. Gosok kulit ayam dengan garam. Diamkan dalam kulkas sekitar 2 jam. 2. Rebus jahe, bawang putih, dan daun bawang. 3. Ketika air mendidih, masukkan ayam. Rebus selama 30 - 45 menit. 4. Saat ayam sudah empuk. Siapkan mangkuk berisi air es. Masukkan ayam ke dalam air es, diamkan selama 5 menit. Supaya kulit ayam kenyal. Sisihkan. 5. Sangrai cacahan bawang putih hingga kecokelatan, masukkan dalam mangkuk lalu siram dengan minyak wijen. Aduk hingga aromanya menyatu, sisihkan. 6. PASTA ALLA VODKA Delicious pasta alla vodka in a tomato-cream sauce where vodka cooks off and intensifies the flavor.  This deserves a spot in your repertoire. INGREDIENTS 12 ounces short pasta (penne, fusilli) ½ pound bacon (diced) 6 cloves garlic (minced) 3 small shallots (minced) ¼ cup vodka 1 ½ cups tomato purée 1 cup heavy cream Red pepper flakes (a pinch) ½ teaspoon kosher salt (or more) Ground pepper (to taste) 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen) 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or butter ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated; plus more for serving) Basil leaves (optional) INSTRUCTIONS 1.  Cook pasta according to package instructions.  Save about a cup of pasta water for the sauce. 2.  In a large sauté pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp.  Set aside.  Discard the rendered fat. 3.  On the same pan, add a little oil.  Cook garlic and shallots until softened, about 2 minutes. 4.  Add a pinch of red pepper flakes. 5.  Pour in vodka, tomato purée, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.  Stir and let it simmer.  By this time, turn the heat down. 6.  When it starts to simmer, add peas and let it cook for a couple of minutes. 7.  Taste and see if it needs more salt. 8.  Add bacon and pasta.  Toss to coat. 9.  You may need to add some pasta water to thin it out, if the sauce seems to be too thick.  Start with a little and add more pasta water as needed. 10.  Add olive oil/butter and stir in the cheese and serve with some fresh basil leaves. #pastaallavodka   #allavodka   #pasta   #vodkasauce   #recipevideo   #instafood   eeeeats Music by: www.hooksounds.com

This easy pumpkin bread recipe will change your mind and is sure to delight. It's moist, dense, and full of flavor with just a hint of crunch from the pecans. This recipe *almost* made it into CAUGHT BREAD HANDED, the fourth book in my cozy mystery Bakeshop Mystery Series. Watch to find out why it didn't end up making the final cut. Let me know! 🎃🍞 Happy baking, Ellie FALL PUMPKIN BREAD INGREDIENTS: 1 ¾ cups melted butter 2 cups flour 1 ½ cups sugar 2 eggs 1 cup pumpkin pie purée 1/3 cup sour cream 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 teaspoon cloves 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon nutmeg 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 cup chopped pecans DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°. In a mixer, combine butter and sugar and mix on low until creamy. Add eggs, pumpkin puree, sour cream, vanilla, spies, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Mix on medium low until well combined. Slowly incorporate flour. Once batter is thick, stir in chopped pecans. Coat a loaf pan (8 x 4) with baking spray. Spread batter in pan and bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Allow bread to cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes. Then remove from pan and serve warm.

Ingredients 16 ounces any mushrooms, quartered 1 leek, sliced and rinsed well 1 carrot, diced 2 teaspoons dried sage 2 teaspoons dried thyme 1 bay leaf ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper ½ cup @arrowheadmills pearled barley 6 cups water 1 @edwardandsons veggie bouillon cube) Salt, to taste HOW IT’S DONE: To make the Mushroom Leek Barley Soup: Heat a large soup pot over medium-high heat. While the pot heats up, you can prepare you vegetables. Add the mushrooms and leeks to pre-heated pot. Cook over medium high until the mushrooms are dark brown, about 10-12 minutes, stirring often. Add the carrot, sage, and thyme. Sauté 1-2 minutes, until the dried herbs become aromatic. Add the bay leaf, black pepper, barley, water, and bouillon (if using). Use a wooden spoon to scrape up any bits from the bottom of the pot. Cover, bring to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer. Simmer until the barley is tender, about 25 minutes. Fall season baby😜🍁 And for me a big part of that season is of course pumpkin and pumpkin spice🎃 So I made this time no 🎃-pancakes but a 🎃-mugcake😉 It was honestly the first time I used a microwave bc we usually don't have one, so at first I was a bit struggling but everything was fine and the mug cake turned out really fluffy and yummy🙈 BTW unfortunately I've forgotten to add the pumpkin pie spice, so if you have it at home, I definitely recommend using about 1 tsp 😋 Today was actually a pretty nice fall day, the sun came oz and made the trees even more colorful, school was quite good and I did a good workout😊 Wish y'all a great evening and keep up the positive vibes ✌💚If you try my recipes you can post them with the fitgreenrecipes 😋💚 - Was darf im Herbst nicht fehlen? Fakeaway! This is what I’d order from a takeaway, and homemade it tastes even better!! For anyone that has made the sweet and sour- this is similar in the way you make it. But tastes different mainly because of the fresh ginger. Would love to know what you think and if you’re going to make it let me know x next time you’re thinking of ordering - try this! * Chicken breasts cut into small chunks (420 g) * 1/4 cup cornflour * Olive oil for frying For sauce * fresh ginger (size of at least 4 large garlic cloves) through garlic crusher * 2 cloves garlic (crushed) * 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar (can use white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar or white balsamic vinegar) * 3 tablespoons soy sauce * 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce (optional) * 1/4 cup water * 3 tablespoons brown sugar Onion or shallot Carrots Peppers Sesame seeds and green onion to garnish Coat chicken pieces in cornflour. Make sauce: Mix together ginger, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, water and sugar. Fry chicken high heat until both sides are browned. Don’t mix too much. Fry one dude first, then turn over. Mix in carrot, onion and pepper and fry for a few mins. Pour in sauce. Mix in the left over corn flour. Garnish with sesame seeds Serve with rice and

"Honey-Garlic Chicken & Veggie Skewers TAG FRIEND WHO WOULD LOVE THIS! 😍❤️ 📝 INGREDIENTS Marinade * 3 tablespoons vegetable oil * ⅓ cup honey * ⅓ cup soy sauce * 3 cloves garlic, minced * 1 teaspoon pepper Skewers * Wooden skewers * 3 chicken breasts, cubed * 1 red onion * 2 red bell peppers * 2 orange bell peppers * 2 yellow bell peppers * Parsley 👩‍🍳 RREPARATION 1. Soak the skewers in water for 5-10 minutes and set aside. 2. If baking, preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. 3. In a bowl with the chicken, add the ingredients for the marinade and mix until coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours. 4. Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into 1-inch squares. 5. Assemble the skewers starting with the red onion, followed by the bell peppers and chicken. 6. Repeat three times. 7. Place the prepared skewers on a baking sheet and brush with remaining marinade. 8. Bake or grill for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. 9. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!" In the third dish stir together both bread crumbs, garlic powder, and 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.⁣⁣⁣ 3️⃣Coat the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture to coat, then roll in the bread crumb mixture until well coated. Set aside.⁣⁣⁣ 4️⃣Pour the olive oil into a heavy skillet and add in butter over medium high heat. Once butter has melted, add in chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until chicken is browned on both sides. Transfer chicken to the lightly greased baking dish.⁣⁣⁣ 5️⃣Spread marinara on top of each chicken breast. Top each breast with two slices of mozzarella and sprinkle on remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.⁣⁣⁣ 6️⃣Bake in the preheated 450 degree oven until cheese is bubbly and browned and chicken is cooked through, 15-20 minutes.
