⬇️ 💪 ⬇️💪⬇️ . If you struggle to put on size then make sure you are addressing the following issues. . Training Frequency . Natrual lifters should be hitting every muscle 2 - 3 times per week allowing at least 24 hours for recovery. That calls for either a Push / Pull, Upper / Lower or Full Body Split. Bro splits will prove ineffective unless you have amazing genetics or are enhanced. . Training Intensity . If spend more time on your phone than in a working set then you will forever struggle. You need to be pushing every rep of every working set. Half the effort = Half the gains. The weights don't have to be huge. But you need to be creating serious amounts of tension in the muscle. . Nutrition . The calories required to build muscle most probably surpass what your appetite is comfortable with. Track your food and make sure you are consistently hitting your energy and macro requirements daily. You might think your eating big, but if the calories ain't flowing then you ain't growing. Pick foods that are nutrient rich. This is not an excuse to eat like a spoilt fat child. You only need 3/500 cals over maintenance. . "I want to keep my abs" . Nobody cares about your abs if you can't even fill out your t-shirt. Don't be afraid to smooth over a little. . Patience . Hypertrophy takes time. Don't give up just because it hasn't happened in the first 2 weeks. Take monthly/bi monthly progress photos so you can monitor how well you are doing and keep a weekly watch over your scale weight. . Recovery . Don't burn the candle at both ends. Remember muscles don't grow during training,they grow during recovery. Get plenty of sleep and rest. . I hope this helps, . We all have goals that is what makes the fitness journey exciting. I have always been keen in strength and since I took up this role I have been more consistent with training. Então, se quer emagrecer, aprenda a acordar com calma para ter uma rotina matinal que vai fazer com que você comece o seu dia com seu estado emocional e disposição lá no topo. Separe o seu horário de fazer atividade física com hora para início e final. Já tenha opções de alimentos saudáveis para levar ou locais que possam atender essa necessidade. Por último, tenha horário para dormir, porque uma boa noite de sono é o que vai fornecer a energia e disposição para seguir o seu planejamento diário.

[swipe left 👈🏼] Do you squat your hip hinge‼️ - 🍑🏋🏽‍♂️The hip hinge is one of the most bastardized movements in the lifting world. I love to key in on hip hinges for beginners, seeing as a lot of trainees tend to have a rough time nailing this movement. - 🤓The move calls for the hips to travel back, keeping the spine neutral and the shins roughly vertical. - 🔬The squat is another fundamental movement pattern, the issue is differentiating the two. Unlike the hip hinge, the squat includes a degree of knee flexion as well as hip flexion. Most trainees will create a squatty hinge for their hip hinges. - ✅To dissociate the two, here are some tactile cues as well as a banded drill to nail this movement: 1️⃣Banded Hip Hinges- allow the band to rest on the neck and lock underneath both feet. Keeping your back flat, push your hips back and let the band pull your torso downwards. 2️⃣Tactile cue w/bench- bench stays in front of your knees, if you squat the hinge, the knees will slam into the bench! By pushing the hips back, the knees should stay vertical with the bench. 3️⃣Tactile cue w/bar on calves- with calves up against bar push the hips back without letting your calves come off the bar. If you squat the bar, the calves will come off the bar. - @challengerstrength @performanceptsc
