The sheep have not yet forgotten about being foddered. Works a treat, they follow the children & it keeps them all entertained whilst I head off around the boundary looking for the more adventurous members of the flock.

Busy time on the farm at present...picking beautiful strawberries, getting on with husbandry jobs all done by our valued staff in outdoors

Got the kids up nice and early to do a bit of canoeing at Devil’s Lake. The lake was still and gorgeous.

Things I am grateful for - trees. 271 year old Quercus alba (white oak).

It was hot outside today, and the rain made it muggy out. Fire kept the bugs away though, and the creek kept me cool.
