Tonight’s menu: butternut squash soup with fresh cream and scallions followed by a kale salad with toasted almonds and red cabbage. For the main dish seared sea scallops and garlic thyme risotto. Desert creme brûlée (ok the creme is pre made 🤷🏾‍♀️) 😂
