دلتوئید (سرشانه) : Deltoids عضلات دلتوئید که آنها را بنام عضلات "سرشانه" نیز میشناسند عضلاتی هستند که برجسته و تراشیده بودن آنها نمای زیبایی بظاهر بدن ورزشکاران میبخشد . دلتوئید از کلمه ای یونانی بنام "دلتا" گرفته شده که بمعنی مثلث است . این عضلات به سه بخش اصلی تقسیم میشوند . الف : بخش قدامی : نقش بسیار مهمی در انجام حرکات مختص عضلات سینه ای و از جمله حرکت "پرس بالا سینه" بر عهده داشته و در فیگور قفسه از پهلو نمای زیبایی دارد . FrontDeltoid ب : بخش میانی : این عضله با بالا آوردن دستها از طرفین نظیر اجرای حرکت "صلیب دمبل" بکار گرفته میشود . برجسته بودن این قسمت سرشانه به نمای ایکس از روبرو کمک شایانی کرده و عرض کمر را باریک تر نشان میدهد . SideDeltoid ج : بخش خلفی : این بخش در چرخش دادن بازوها دخالت داشته و در حرکاتی که برای تقویت عضلات پشت انجام میدهید , بخوبی با فشار تمرینی درگیر میشوند . البته باید حرکاتی را بصورت فشار مستقیم برای پرورش آن انجام داد مثل حرکت "نشر خم" . BackDeltoid متاسفانه اکثر ورزشکارها بواسطه عدم آگاهی خود و مربیشان ، نمیتوانند به بالانس خوبی در عضلات سرشانه دست پیدا کنند و معمولا بخش پشت سرشانه بسیار ضعیف تر از جلو و بغل آن است . نکته : همیشه سعی کنید تمرینات سرشانه را از بخش ضعیف تر استارت بزنید تا با انرژی بیشتری بر روی این قسمت ها کار شود . معمولا در اکثر ورزشکارها باید تمرینات سرشانه از بخش پشتی شروع شود . There is a lot going wrong on left and its actually one of most common mistakes that I see when individuals are performing the exercise.  The arms are raised too high, the movement in performed in a uncontrolled manner and they are also using momentum.  This makes it extremely hard to target the front deltoids. On the right we are using the correct controlled form and also keeping the arms at the correct height for our front deltoids to be contracted.  Plus we are also not using the rest of our body to get the rep, no momentum is required to perform this exercise. Also there's no need to have your opposite arm rest for 2 seconds as it's not optimal and you can hit both at the same time saving time and being more efficient.
