Today I'm starting to increase the weight I lift! I want to kick start my fat loss and build more muscle! As you can see, the last few sets have lower reps. Those are the sets that were with weights I haven't been able to do yet and I feel so happy that I could do them today! SNACK FÜR ZWISCHENDURCH? Wenn es bei mir mal schnell gehen muss oder ich ein Snack brauche der mich nicht träge werden lässt, Bananenbrot-Muffins sind die Lösung: Hier mein Lieblingsrezept-> •250g Haferflocken oder (150g Haferflocken und 100g Buchweizenmehl) •150g Mandeln oder Cashewkerne -> oder 400g Mehl eurer Wahl,falls ihr die Nüsse etc nicht da habt oder es schneller gehen soll •1 Päckchen Backpulver •Vanille Extrakt & Zimt •1-2 Äpfel je nach Größe Flüssige Zutaten: •3 überreife Bananen •120ml Milch (welche du am liebsten magst) •75 ml Ahornsirup oder 2 EL kokosblütenzucker •2 Eier oder 3EL Leinsamen mit 3El Wasser für Flexegg •2El Apfelmus Ich mische gerne verschiedene Mehle, was aber kein muss ist. Mandeln/Nüsse und Haferflocken zu Mehl machen und alle trockenen Zutaten vermischen. Wollt ihr das Bananenbrot vegan halten könnt ihr statt der Eier Fleg egg machen, dafür 3El Leinsamen mit 3El heißem Wasser mischen und 5-10 Minuten Quellen lassen. Dann alle Flüssigen Zutaten mischen und beide Komponenten mit einander mixen! Die Banane matsche ich meist einfach mit einer Gabel um sie matschig/Stückig zu bekommen. Falls es zu matschig ist einfach etwas mehr Mehl dazu! Ihr könnt auch statt des Mehls aus Nüssen, weniger Aufwand betreiben und 400g Mehl eurer Wahl nehmen. Frei nach dem Motto alles kann nix muss! Jenachdem wonach mir ist mache ich auch schonmal statt Apfel mal Pflaume oder Blaubeeren oder ein paar Datteln in das Banenenbrot...Peanutbutter Schoko ist allerdings auch genial! Wie ihr merkt ein Allrounder! Ob in Brot oder Muffinform für ca.35-45 Minuten bei 180 grad in den Ofen unnnd ready. Solltet ihr sie pflanzenbasiert machen sind sie mehrere Tage haltbar, ich friere sie auch gerne ein und hole sie dann einfach raus wenn der Vorrat zu ende geht:)

Alright, I’m 6 months into this health and fitness thing, so here’s a little of what I’ve learned so far... 🔅If you’re hungry... eat. 🔅Eat clean most days. 🔅Eat the piece of cake. 🔅Drink water... all. day. long. 🔅There will never be a “perfect” time to start. Here's a little throwback on a Sunday for you lovely girls and guys. . Looking back at how far I came always gives me a good feeling.. but it also scares me as to how the future is going to look like for me. I'm curious!
