3mi into 5, stopping every 1/2 mi to stretch because boy howdy are my legs sore! Gonna push on through. Found this on the trail. Gave me a smile.

Day 36 of my fitness journey! Good 3KM today, not a bad pace at all, hoping to get sub 15 as time goes on 🏃🏼‍♂️ Also did a 10 min cycle to cool down 🚴🏻‍♀️

If you are lucky enough to have a garden with a set of steps, make the most of the sunshine by doing some step climbing! Stairs in the home can also be a great alternative. (This was recorded a few weeks ago - stay safe and follow all the social distancing guidelines.)

Got caught up with things at home today...feeling very accomplished! A big "Thank You" to my boyfriend and kids who helped! Couldn't have done it without you guys!! ❤

Not bragging just hope I motivate somebody, Summer coming! My goal is size 9, almost there!

It was too wet to bike so I decided to have a Washington PE class. My family is just under 10 people so we met the small group rule. We had a good work out!

Granted I’ve gain 3 lbs back (156 current weight) in the last few weeks sitting on my ass ... I’m still proud of myself. I may not focus/commit 💯 all the time but I still did this. Today I needed to inspire myself. Stay safe and stay blessed.
