Mummy has made tonight’s dinner of courgette pakora and coconut lentil curry - she will make chappatis just before serving. By default this meal is but so so tasty 💕🐾

A bomb dropped a few streets away last night. We have no gas now, so are having to cook over a fire in the bucket. We've managed to boil the kettle over it & fry sausage & egg. As fun as it might be, I don't think this outdoors cooking will take off!

fires are the number one cause of home fires & home fire injuries. Fires start when the heat is too high. If you see smoke or grease starts to boil, turn the burner off. Use a pan lid or baking sheet to cover the pan if it catches on fire. This will put out the fire.
