It is inconceivable that in 2019 there are still so many adults who spread sexism eveywhere, a few days ago on national television and on a daily basis in different situations, even some parents to their own children! I was mid-workout and screen shot this...I did not pose in this awkward way. .... I am in my 40's. I have never in my life had a back like this. I didn't even realize it had gotten so strong, but I did notice that my t-shirts don't fit my chest and back area the same (I actually just thought I was putting on weight and my boobs were getting bigger). I swear my fasted workouts in the wee hours of the morning and my switch to body weight workouts is what has made the difference. Focusing on arms locked and move with your wrist only. - - For the strength exercises use light weight about 1.25kg-2.5kg of plate. Do full range of motion in every direction. Do it about 10 x 2-3 cycles in straight set. - Save it for later and tag your friends‼️
