It's Monday and I'm tired and cranky that the weekend is over, so I spent my lunch time doing a bit of strength building yoga to get the blood flowing and give me some energy. (I know that's what coffee is for and my reply is, why not both? 😂) - This pose is chataranga, which is most commonly seen as part of the vinyasa flow. It's also basically a push up. And that's why I like yoga, it's just bodyweight workouts taken a bit slower and to chill music. If you can get in and out or chataranga, you can do a push up. If you can maintain chataranga for 30 seconds, you are rockin that plank. TYPEWRITER PULLUPS ,(TPUs) DEFINITION - Pull-up variation and will work, lats, bicep, rotator and most of the upper body for stabilizing. CONTROL- The cool thing about them is that you can make them as easy or as hard as you want, just by pulling more with the arm your body is closest to. How difficult is it for you? . If someone can't achieve it, theres only 2 possible reasons: lack of technique or lack of strength. Strength can be built with the 6 exercises i have given you in the previous videos. Technique on the other hand, comes from practicing more often to help teach your brain how to engage the correct muscle fibres . It builds endurance, and improves cardio.
