Na śniadanie proponuję gorące serniczki z patelni, które poznał już chyba cały IG 😊😊😊 U mnie z dodatkami - mogą być borówki, jeśli nie mamy możemy zastąpić suszoną żurawiną lub rodzynkami, owoce dodajemy do środka do masy serowej i smażymy. Składniki:✔ kostka twarogu (250 g) ja lubię klinek z Piątnicy @piatnicaosm ✔1-2 duże jaja ✔ ksylitol ewentualnie miód wanilia kilka kropelek ✔3 pełne łyżki dowolnej mąki może być również ziemniaczana albo budyń śmietankowy bez cukru ✔borówki. Białka ubijamy na pianę. Ser rozgniatamy widelcem, dodajemy żółtka, słodzik, wanilię, mąkę, borówki i na koniec pianę. Uważamy z ilością mąki, nie więcej niż podałam bo serniczki wyjdą twarde i zbite. Z masy zwilżonymi dłońmi formujemy kotleciki, spłaszczamy i kładziemy na patelnię do zarumienienia z obu stron na małym ogniu. Można też masę wyłożyć łyżką, bez lepienia, ale nie będą takie zgrabne, najlepiej smakują ciepłe. Gdy spód się zapiecze delikatnie przewracamy na drugą stronę. Smażymy na oleju kokosowym lub maśle klarowanym i mamy takie piękne rozpływające się w buzi serowe puchacze. Real talk 👉🏻 “Diets” Many people want to and try to change their body’s for short term goals, focusing on only that, to look better for a holiday, summer, or for any event where a lot of photos are going to be taken. Etc. ———————————————————————— SO... DRASIC “fad” diets take place ———————————————————————— BUT as soon as what ever that short term goal was, is over and your routine, exercise and eating habits all return back to normal as they were before, so does your body! It changes back to how it was. ———————————————————————— 📍Because you have drastically made those changes in such a short period of time which has shocked your system but it was not realistic for a long term term change. 📍Fad diets such as... liquid diets, fruit only diets, no carb diets, no fat diets, herbal diets, not eating after a certain time diets, Oh my! It infuriates me there is so many out there and the list gos on and on. These diets claim to make you loose body fat but what your more than likely actually losing is water weight. Fad diets are usually unhealthy and imbalanced. ———————————————————————— You have to train your body by making small sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle. Slowly showing your body the changes you are making and not drastically shocking your body by depriving it of what it needs to function. What you actually need to do is know your own body and knowing what is causing any problems. Not to go on a crazy fad diet to loose weight fast. There is no quick fix to weight loss. Good healthy changes take time but the results last a life time. ————————————————————————

Real talk 👇🏼 ———————————————————————— -If you say... “I’m waiting for the perfect day or time to start”, you will never start. The truth is there is NO perfect time to start. ———————————————————————— What about if you say... “I can’t afford it right now”. What about last weekend you were out indulging? Or them concert tickets you bought for next year? ———————————————————————— The truth is you CAN afford it, you just need to prioritise what you actually want more. ———————————————————————— Ask yourself, do you really want it that much? YES? so COMMIT to it. Put your words into action. Don’t start on Monday or next month or next year. ———————————————————————— START NOW! Make it happen!🙌🏼👏🏼 If I want something I work hard till I get it! BUT no one said it would be easy. You want it? You want to feel better? Live your life for you. Even I have to remind myself that at times. Take pictures you enjoy and post them because it makes you happy! ———————————————————————— YOURSELF IS WHAT MATTERS! 💜💙

Do I work out on holiday??? 100% YES! ✅ ———————————————————————— Why? Simply because it makes me feel good! ———————————————————————— I think the majority of people go away to relax, have a good time and indulge a little more than what we would on a regular day at home right? I do and a big part of that for me is to also stay active to feel good, I love to wake up and start my day with exercise and sweat! 💦😂 ———————————————————————— On my trip to the Dominican to keep active i did some classes that the hotel offered, boxercise which I love! I tried a bunch of new things that I had never done before too! Archery 🏹 which was cool, Aqua board hiit which was so so fun! I Mean can you imagine trying to do a burpee on a floating board?? 😂 I literally couldn’t stop laughing trying to stay on the board! Wish I had a video of it 😂 ———————————————————————— Mmmm maybe I will start this??!! 😂🙌🏻💡
